Request service below or give us a call. We'll talk through your property, your schedule, and the plan that fits — then set up your first visit.
2. We check on your home
On your schedule, we walk the property inside and out: looking for leaks, plumbing problems, frozen-pipe risk, heat levels, and anything unusual with doors, windows, or security.
3. You get a full report
After every visit you receive photos and a detailed report. If something needs attention, you'll know right away — not when you get home.

Regular, documented checks of your property while you're away — the small problems we catch early are the ones that never become big ones.
Interior & exterior inspections
A careful visual check of your home inside and out, looking for anything out of place or newly damaged.
Heat & temperature checks
We confirm your home is holding heat as it should — critical through Maine's cold months.
Leaks, plumbing & frozen pipes
We look for signs of leaks, plumbing problems, and frozen-pipe concerns before they become expensive ones.
Doors, windows & security
We check that doors and windows are secure and keep an eye out for basic security concerns.
Photos & detailed reports
After each visit, you get photo updates and a written report — so you can see your home's condition from anywhere.
Storm & snow add-ons
Storm checks for qualifying storms of 6 inches or more, plus optional snow clearing as an added service.
